We want you to be fully satisfied with PriceSmartPro. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and use Paddle's refund request flow.
- Contact Paddle support directly with your order reference.
- Email our support team and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.
What happens after cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan (or be suspended if no free tier applies to your usage). Upgrades are applied immediately and may be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for subscription periods that have already been consumed beyond the 30-day window.
