Founding pilot refunds

A founding-pilot customer may request a full refund within 30 days of the original pilot purchase. The pilot itself is a one-time 30-day term and does not renew automatically.

How to request a refund

Start every refund request with PriceSmartPro support. If the transaction was processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction:

  1. Email support@pricesmartpro.com from the address on your account with the subject line Refund request and the order or transaction reference from the receipt. Do not email a full card number. We reply within 1 business day.
  2. Or go directly to paddle.net and use Paddle's self-serve refund flow with your order reference.

Approved refunds settle back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Pilot end and optional continuation

The founding pilot ends automatically after 30 days. There is no pilot subscription to cancel. A customer who later opts into the separate monthly continuation can cancel it through the accepted billing method.

  1. Sign in and open Billing → Manage subscription to open the Paddle Customer Portal.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription. Access continues through the end of your current billing period; no further charges are made.
  3. Prefer we handle it? Email support@pricesmartpro.com and we'll process the cancellation for you.

What happens after cancellation

If an optional monthly continuation is cancelled, access continues only as stated in the accepted billing terms. PriceSmartPro does not promise PunchOut or automatic distributor ordering as part of the founding pilot.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service. Refunds are not available for subscription periods that have already been consumed beyond the 30-day window.
